What we need :)
We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and physically fit crew members to join our team over the summer at a broad range of music festivals and events.
Do you enjoy working outdoors in all conditions with other peeps to tight deadlines? Work is fast-paced and physical whilst enjoyable and rewarding with a lively team.
Crewing involves boutique campsite building, dressing and furnishing tents and breakdown either side of live event dates. More often than not, crews remain on site with a crew festival ticket and therefore have the opportunity to make the most of the weekend.
There is the opportunity to work on many festivals traveling between shows, with the potential for progression in responsibility and pay.
This is a great entry-level role for individuals interested in moving into live events or event management or those at university or on a gap year who like music festivals.
No experience at putting up tents is necessary, just a good sense of humour, a strong work ethic and get on with it attitude.
Our training weekend is currently scheduled for May 11th and 12th and it is essential that you attend. This weekend is an opportunity for the whole team to meet and for us to figure out where in the team you will fit according to your strengths. We go through everything from what you can expect on a typical work day, learning to put up and dress each tent to all the boring admin followed by a few beers to round it all off!
If you can commit to the training days and love the idea of a summer of events, please read through the job descriptions below. Click on the link here to complete the application form and make sure you let us know which position you are applying for.
