How to book

• Decide which package you would like.

• Complete the contact form on the bottom of the page.

• Wait for us to get back to you!

• The seating packages are listed to give you an idea of whats included, if you would like more bean bags, or to swap them for directors chairs, airbeds or a chesterfield sofa, this will all be arranged once we contact you! We have many extras and alternatives to make it really bespoke!

• The 50% deposit must be paid within 24 hours of us sending out your invoice. This confirms your booking. The final payment for your order including any additional charges for upgrades or delivery will be due 1 week before we come and setup.

Delivery and Setup

We will do all the work for you. Once you have booked we will be in contact to arrange the dates for your setup and takedown.

On the week running up to your hire dates, we will be in contact again to confirm the exact timings for delivery and setup

Depending on whats included in your package we will take between 1 and 3 hours to get everything setup, tested and a quick walk through with you so your happy with how to use all the equipment.

How much space do I need.

This question depends on the package you would like to book.

For the outdoor packages they all need to be erected on grass

4m Bell Tent package will need a minimum space of 6m x 6m

5m Bell Tent package will need a minimum space of 7m x 7m

What about internet access?

You won’t have any :) But if you do have any rest assured that you will have the mobile phone number for the person who installed your equipment, and they will be available to talk you through how to correct the problem, or will come to your location and fix it.
